It would be really helpful if you documented what class/style you are using for the logo. As is I had to overwrite the logo.

The top menu can be change in the css /templates/ds_busuit/css/top_menu.css

2. Is there any way to set the height of leftnews same as sliding banner i.e. 360px, no matter the size of the text, the box always same height with the banner.

within your module class suffix you should enter
leftnews drkgrey with a space infront of leftnews,
after that you are all good to go.

once you are happy with it. you can then replace the grey color image with your new green color.

for step 8, i left blank in Module Class Suffix type.

Hope this will help you. I got the same proble before but now it is solved.
So I solve the prvious problems! ( mistake was in the class prefix – I forget to write the " "(the space) ). But I have the last problem – in "Step 9: Cleaning up Your Frontpage". I do all things, described in this step, but articles and menus don't go away from my frontpage! Please help me to solve this problem.
